We are a female pilot designed crashpad for females in the flying community.  I am a C-17 Pilot and started training in Altus in 2018.  I struggled to find a crashpad with any other women that was also pet friendly.  When I finally found one to stay in I was required to pay additional funds every day for the owners to focus on finding another female roommate.  It became obvious there was a gap in the Altus crashpad scene with no crashpads focused on women I decided that needed to change... And the WASP's Nest was born!  Our goal is to give women coming into Altus an environment where they can feel safe and comfortable.  We opened our home in March 2019 and we are so excited for you (and your pets) to join the WASP's Nest Family!

 

The WASP's Nest was named in honor of the female aviators ithat paved the way for us to be as included in the Air Force flying world today.
